Talk of a putting together a Shafer Hillside Select vertical tasting was in the air. So we sent out email, and wow, what a response! We had a 1989 SHS, and a 91, then a 93, and a 96, and then a 97, 98, 99, 2000, 01, 02, 03, and of course an 04!! What a night! We enjoyed almost a full vertical of Shafer Hillside Select. Over 150 glasses on the table.. Incredible..
