Effective date: August thirty first, twenty twenty six. These Terms & Conditions govern your use of Liquid Assets Cellars’ website and services. By requesting services or enrolling in a service, you agree to these terms. Services. LAC provides wine storage, cellar design, refrigeration, maintenance, management, consulting, and related services. Specific services, pricing, schedules, and service terms may be confirmed separately with the customer. CellarGuard monitoring. CellarGuard is installed and activated by Liquid Assets Cellars. Customers may enroll, but LAC must schedule installation, complete integration, and activate the service before monitoring begins. CellarGuard supports monitoring and service communication; it does not replace prudent customer care, emergency response, or professional service. Text messages. Customers who choose SMS alerts agree to receive automated CellarGuard monitoring and service messages at the number provided. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to cancel text messages or HELP for help. Consent to receive texts is not a condition of purchase. Customer responsibilities. Customers must provide accurate contact information and promptly notify LAC of relevant changes. Limitation of service. LAC will use reasonable care; monitoring may be affected by conditions outside our control. Privacy. Info governed by our Privacy Policy.
